European Folk Day – September the 23rd
Inspired by the Mazurka Klandestina from Italy and other parts of the world, a group of friends, who love folk dancing, will meet at Viana do Castelo’s city center (Porta Mexia Galvão), next Sunday, 22nd of September,at 18h. Participants will dance and play folk dances. If you have never danced before, you can join them too because someone will help you learn the steps. All ages are welcomed.
Viana do Castelo is a medium size city located in northern Portugal, at the mouth of the Lima River, facing the Atlantic Ocean and protected from the north winds by a hill.
